Ok I will be the first to admit this post is a little late but January just flew by! We hope everyone had a chance to relax and enjoy the little things in life.
After regrouping from our break, Emma, Sam and I have been able to reflect back on our first year of business and we have some awesome ideas on how to make the Empire Lashes & Beauty experience even better for our clients.
Some of you may have already noticed that our appointment times have lengthened slightly. Prior to this Emma and I found that our days were super busy and although we like busy, we both felt as though our work wasn’t the absolute best we know we can do. After taking into account how long our working day is we decided it would benefit everyone to lengthen the appointment times. We hope this change will see you with a more relaxed feel in our shop and ensure every possible lash is covered in your time. Emma and I hope to have a little bit more energy and create a sustainable work life we can maintain. This does however mean that we can’t fit as many people in day to day but we are really striving for quality over quantity!
Other small changes we have made so far include a new improved website, eyebrow tinting now available to book (lash tinting will soon follow!), our student discount is now $5 off lash services and our cancellation fee is now 50% of your booked appointment.
Our reminder texts that get sent out each morning (and evening if your appointment is in the morning) are automatic. If the booking system has an appointment scheduled for you, it will automatically send you a text reminder. Please note that the text and email messages from the booking system are ‘Do not reply’ and messages replying to them will not go anywhere. Any other messages sent to us during the day will be responded to as quickly as possible.
Last year was a huge year for us and we can’t wait to keep building our empire and for you to be a part of our journey.
